Compensation Plan
What sets us apart from other MLM commissions? We provide SIX ways for you to make money, designed the commission system to pay more sooner and provide a compensation plan for online retail sales!
Most MLM companies pay a commission percentage based on only 70% of the retail sale. So if you sold $100 of product, you would take your commission percentage off of $70. Almost all of our commissions* are based off 100% of the sale, so your commission percentage of a $100 sale is taken from $100!
We've also designed our commission percentages to provide you with more money sooner. In most MLM companies you have to work for many years to build up a deep downline big enough to start seeing some actual money. We've put higher commission percentages in your immediate downline so you can start seeing returns faster.
Finally, we offer a compensation plan for online retail sales, something almost unheard of in MLM companies.
*Commissions for online retail sales after Level 1 are taken from 71% of the sale.
Six Ways to Make Money
1. PERSONAL RETAIL SALES:
Buy direct from the company and resell the products at 20%, 30% or more profit.
2. RECEIVE A 20% COMMISSION FROM ON-LINE RETAIL SALES:
When your Retail and Preferred Customers access your web page and place orders you receive a 20% commission from each sale.
3. COMMISSIONS 8 LEVELS DEEP FROM ON-LINE RETAIL SALES BY YOUR DOWNLINE:
Online retail sales will plug into a compensation model similar to the personal volume compensation plan (see #5) where Distributors up-line of the online retail sale will receive compensation as well.
The selling Distributor will receive 20% of the retail sales volume. The sale then plugs into that Distributor’s Personal Volume at an adjusted volume of 71% of retail. From that amount, up-line commissions start at 9% for the Distributor above, 8% for the next, then 7%, 6%, 2%, 2% and 1%.
For example on a $100 sale:
Level 1 (the selling Distributor) receives 20% of $100 = $20.
The sale then plugs into the online retail compensation model where the Personal Volume is adjusted in this case to $71.
Level 2 receives 9% of $71 = $6.39
Level 3 receives 8% of $71 = $5.68
Level 4 receives 7% of $71 = $4.97
Level 5 receives 6% of $71 = $4.26
Level 6 receives 2% of $71 = $1.42
Level 7 receives 2% of $71 = $1.42
Level 8 receives 1% of $71 = $0.71
4. FAST TRACK BONUSES:
You receive a $100 bonus commission for new Distributors you recruit that sign up for the NouvelleHEALTH "Fast Track" program. "Fast Track" bonuses are paid weekly.
5. COMMISSIONS 8 LEVELS DEEP FROM PURCHASES WITHIN YOUR DOWNLINE:
Using the example of a $100 sale again:
Level 1 (the Distributor above the "selling" Distributor) receives 14% of $100 = $14
Level 2 receives 9% of $100 = $9
Level 3 receives 8% of $100 = $8
Level 4 receives 7% of $100 = $7
Level 5 receives 6% of $100 = $6
Level 6 receives 2% of $100 = $2
Level 7 receives 2% of $100 = $2
Level 8 receives 1% of $100 = $1
6. SHARE IN THE NATIONAL LEADERSHIP BONUS POOL:
A pool consisting of 1% of Nouvelle's total business volume will be share. The TBV consists of all of Nouvelle's Distributors.
