Dr. Les Griffith

Dr. Les Griffith is an acknowledged leader in the field of science-based natural medicine. He is an author, educator, public speaker, and physician with over 30 years of experience. He has been a key contributor to multiple companies marketing nutritional products functioning as a Product Formulator, Quality Control Officer, Researcher and Medical Director. While in private practice his focus was on natural family medicine, weight management and women’s health. ¨Dr. Griffith is co-founder of the prestigious Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington where he served on the Board of Directors for more than 20 years including serving as Chairman of the Board. Bastyr is the largest university in the world teaching natural health sciences, including Botanical Medicine, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine, Midwifery, and Naturopathic Medicine. Bastyr University has an internationally recognized research program and boasts one of the first programs to train naturopathic physicians in science based natural medicine.

Eugene H. PanKratz, EA

Director & CFO

Gene brings to the company over thirty years of successful strategic business management & financial experience, including development of start-ups, management of sales and marketing, Gene is an Enrolled agent, having passed the Internal Revenue Service’s test on taxation for qualification as an Enrolled Agent and is currently a candidate for CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CFM (Certified Financial Manager) designation. Gene’ experience includes Finance Management, bank relations, plus executive leadership in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Operations, Capitalization and Accounting. He is an energetic, goal-oriented leader.  Gene’s was formerly the CFO of Liberty Mint Ltd. a publicly traded company and President of one of its subsidiaries, The Great Western Mint. The Great Western Mint manufactured collectible and commemorative coins and medallions from precious metals plus produced and marketed sculptured items such as a pure gold 24” tall sculpture of Mickey Mouse as a joint project with Disneyland.
Gene has wide experience in most areas of business and business management with special emphasis in the Finance area. His experience in the nutritional supplement industry includes approximately three years of experience as the Accountant for NatureAll Corporation.
Gene is a people-oriented individual and effective team leader with outstanding management and motivational skills. Gene is experienced in many facets of business including marketing, sales, production and operations with specific emphasis on financial areas. Gene’s other accomplishments include passing the Internal Revenue Service Enrolled agent exam. Enrolled Agents can represent clients before the IRS as can attorneys and CPA’s. Gene served on the Board of Directors of the Lindon-Pleasant Grove, Utah Chamber of Commerce.
